WoW Cataclysm Beta Client Download

Der World of Warcraft Cataclysm F&F Alpha Client + SandBox ist nun verfügbar. Downloadbar ist der Beta Client unter a.b.games. Mit etwa 1.5gb ist der Client noch überschaubar Der Client hat satte 15GB – jetzt bin ich gespannt ob das drinne steckt was ich vermute. Zu dem Client gibt es eine Sandbox, wie die genau funktioniert muss ich mir mal anschauen.

Die Sandbox ist im Grunde ein private Server der lokal läuft. Alle GM Commands können benutzt werden. Allerdings ist das ganze noch nicht spielbar, da die NPCs fehlen. Muss mal weiter schauen ob man da die NPCs noch zum leben erwecken kann – vielleicht mit vmaps :D

Hier eine ReadMe:
Everything has been preconfigured and preinstalled, so just follow this few simple steps to play:

1) Go into the folder called SandBox.
2) Run SandBox.exe and a DOS-like screen will open, just leave it there and continue with the next step.
3) Go a folder back, and then open World of Warcraft Beta.
4) Run Wow.exe and setup any settings such as graphics using the Options button to the right of the login.
5) Login with anything you like, but the name and password HAVE to be the same!

Example:

Login: Cookie
Password: Cookie

6) Create a character, but you can NOT choose Worgen, Goblin, nor make a Death Knight on any race. If you still choose to do this, your client will crash at the loading screen.
7) Play around, and if you need a few commands you can use to teleport, fly, increase speed etc., take a look at Commands.txt for a lot of them.
Remember everything is still in progress and may be unstable, buggy and glitch etc.
